It was Black Friday all right. The only thing Black on Saturday 11 26 005 were the management team getting chewed out for not reaching the figures set for them in Bentonville. There were some sad Managers who looked like Deer when a car runs upon them with their headlights.
Yep, They still have the can openers and the cheap coffee pots and all those damn cheap televisions.
I guess that is why we never got so much as a thank you or kiss my ass for working as hard as we did. Staffing stupid and quantities of more than 15 items that just pisses the crowds of customers more. Many items were not scanning correctly.
Today it was like who farted and lots of excueses but they were just excueses If the store manager does not take the responsibility for bad management of the store and making his associates not believe him because he lies then the customers will not want to shop there.
What part of this do they not understand in Arkansas. What part of this do they not understand at a District level. Accountability Stupid. Freaky Management is why these stores are loosers it is their Managers who are the loosers. The customers are the Loosers and the employees busting their asses are loosers.
There were whines about sales are down payroll is high. So let the salary managers do some sweat labor and move their asses and see what happens. Show us the way.
Poor Sad Wal Mart. Poor Store Manager won't get his bonus. Poor store Manager can't Manage. Poor choice for Manager let store go to hell. Pooor Manager says he will stay because no one will have the courage to move him. Is it because they make so much money some loosers just get in a comfort zone and hide in the Wal Mart?
